The WelCOM self-assessment series “welcomes” you on the Road to DO Licensure by providing you with COMLEX-USA style questions in advance of taking Level 1 and 2-CE.
WelCOM is delivered on the NBOME CATALYST platform and is designed to reinforce osteopathic medical knowledge and help you focus studies on specific COMLEX-USA Master Blueprint areas that may need additional study.
About WelCOM
The WelCOM series comprises two phases, where Phase 1 corresponds to Level 1 (meaning that they share blueprint content categories) and Phase 2 corresponds to Level 2-CE of COMLEX-USA. WelCOM provides test questions that reflect the style and content of COMLEX-USA and provides immediate answers and rationales as to why each answer is the correct with references for further study.

How does WelCOM work?
Unlike traditional examinations that give you a one-time snapshot of your performance after you’ve completed the exam or COMSAE with answer keys which give you the answer key at the end, WelCOM gives you an answer and rationale after each question and uses an easy-to-read review panel that provides real-time progress to help you close the gaps in your knowledge.
WelCOM is also convenient, accessible 24/7 on your smartphone, tablet, desktop, or the CATALYST app. It’s customizable; you can answer one question or as many as you like on your own time. You will have 90 days to complete the assessment after your first login to the CATALYST platform after purchase. You can go back in and review your answers and rationales as many times as you like for that duration of time.
